Dustin Johnson Welcomes Players to His World Junior Golf Championship

The opening round of the Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship got underway on an idyllic Friday morning at TPC Myrtle Beach, highlighted by the presence of Dustin Johnson, the No. 1 ranked player in the world and tournament host.

DJ made a surprise appearance at the Thursday night banquet, bringing the U.S. Open Trophy along with him and taking pictures with every player. 

The reigning U.S. Open champion was back home on the range at TPC Myrtle Beach Friday morning, appearing on the popular Golf Channel show Morning Drive alongside Charlie Rymer and Chantel McCabe. 

Morning Drive will be on-site all weekend, covering one of junior golf’s fastest rising events.
