Elite Airways Announces Nonstop Service to Myrtle Beach From 2 New Markets; Golf Bags Fly Free!

Elite Airways is launching nonstop service to Myrtle beach from 3 new marketsHe returned to the area January 17, bringing a lot more than his buddies on a golf trip.  In a press conference held at Myrtle Beach International Airport, Dowd announced Elite Airways was launching nonstop flight service to the Golf Capital of the World from Westchester County White Plains (NY) Airport and Albany (NY) International Airport.

Flights from each destination will begin on April 5, providing golfers easy access to Myrtle Beach in the heart of the area’s ever-popular spring season. The seasonal service will run through the fall, Myrtle Beach’s second peak season, and fly two days per week.

The flight schedule for each is as follows:

The White Plains (HPN) to Myrtle Beach flight will depart at 7:15 p.m. and arrive at 9 p.m. The return flight will depart Myrtle Beach (MYR) at 4:45 p.m. and arrive back in White Plains at 6:30 p.m.

The Albany (ALB) flight will leave at 12:45 p.m. and land in MYR at 2:45 p.m. The return flight will depart at 10 a.m. and arrive back in Albany at 12:00 p.m.

The White Plains and Albany service will fly on Thursdays and Sundays.

Beginning the service in April will allow golfers to be on the course just hours after departure – did you know there are nine courses within 10 miles of the airport?! – and with an average high temperature of 76 degrees, the weather is idyllic.

With Elite’s entry into the market, Myrtle Beach International Airport enjoys nonstop service to 43 markets on nine airlines.
