Golf’s Most Popular Package? Legends’ 4 Fore 3 is Hard to Beat

May 15, 2017 by Chris King

If you’ve taken a Myrtle Beach golf trip at some point during the last decade, there is a good chance you’ve played a Legends Group golf package. Their courses - the Heathland, Moorland and Parkland courses at Legends Resort, plus Oyster Bay and Heritage Club – are outstanding and offer value that is off the charts.

Parkland Course anchors the 4 Fore 3 package at Legends ResortAs you mull your options for a summer or fall golf trip, the Legends 4 Fore 3 deal has to be under consideration.

Why?

Here is what you get:

The best part is that the 4 Fore 3 package starts at $272.

There is only one problem with the golf package – deciding which Legends course you aren’t going to play.

Heritage Club has been ranked among America’s 100 Greatest Public Courses by Golf Digest and is an unforgettable Lowcountry classic.

Oyster Bay, which was named best new course in America when it opened in 1983, has only gotten better with time. With holes that bring the marshy waters of the Calabash River into play and a couple of island greens, Oyster Bay is an unforgettable layout.

Parkland at Legends Resort is a 4-star design that provides a contemporary challenge, highlighted by the short par 4 ninth hole and the par 5 11th.

Heathland, home of some of the Grand Strand’s largest greens, remains true to its links-style roots with wide fairways and enormous greens.

The Moorland Course, which has been ranked among the nation’s 50 toughest courses by Golf Digest, is an outstanding P.B. Dye design. The 16th, a short par 4 known has Hell’s Half-Acre, is the highlight of the day.

Good luck figuring out which course you aren’t going to play - on this trip, at least. You'll have plenty of reason to come back and include it on a return visit!
