Myrtle Beach Golf Hole of the Week: No. 6 at The Witch

August 15, 2016 by Chris King

Head pro Graham Williams tells you how best to play the 414-yard 6th hole at The Witch Golf Club, the toughest par 4 of this Myrtle Beach golf course.

Hi, I'm Graham Williams, the head pro here at the Witch Golf Course. We are standing in the sixth fairway, probably my favorite hole for several reasons. It's probably the most scenic hole we have. There is water down the entire left hand side and wetlands down the right hand side with water coming into play the last 150 yards.

My suggestion is to save your best drive for this hole as it often plays into the wind. The green is open in the front and most people don't take enough club here and come up short. So make sure you take one extra club and hopefully you will make an easy par or bogey at worse.
